Charlotte Real Estate
Hello Today!
This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. In the months and years to come I plan to use this blog to post information about the Charlotte real estate market, technology trends as they relate to the real estate industry as a whole, and to highlight what I consider good website principals as I find examples.
The first Charlotte real estate website I wish to highlight is CharlotteProperty.com. If you visit this site you will notice that there is no registration requirement. This is the most important feature of any real estate search website for a number of reasons:
- It attracts more visitors. If you don’t require registration, then other websites will link to you because you are providing a valuable service for free.
- When visitors register by choice, then they tend to give real information since this site only makes you register if you want to save searches or have properties emailed to you.
- Internet leads become more like real-life leads. You no longer waste time chasing down fake names and numbers. The people that actually register will expect you to contact them.
The end result is that your site gets more visitors who stay on your site longer and view more pages. If they found your site through a search engine, this means that the search engines will eventually rank you higher because you are providing their searchers what they need.
